Customers from the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Hamilton, and the Niagara Region are eligible for free pick-ups and exchanges on Tuesdays. Customers from outside this area will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please refer to our full Returns & Exchanges Policy here for more details.

Enjoy FREE Canadian shipping and FREE delivery in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Hamilton, and the Niagara Region when you spend $100 CAD or more. For orders to Canada under $100, a flat rate fee of $10 CAD will be added at checkout.

For all shipping to the United States, we offer a $15 CAD flat rate that will be added at checkout.

All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post and should be received within 3-6 business days after processing. Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders from the GTA, Hamilton, and the Niagara Region may be personally delivered by Carla.
